As far as im concerned Double Dragon 1 by Taito is a real classic, introducing a brand new concept for beat-em-ups, as its one of  the first games featuring weapons and side scrolling action. Of course today noone would play it often. But now and again for some "retro-gaiming"...

Part 2 from Technos isnt bad either, although the flair of the new concept is gone.

Part 3 (The Rosetta Stone) simply sucks. Okay, Technos tried to introduce again new concepts, like buying ur moves, energy or powerups in a shop but over all those new things they forgot gameplay, grafics and... well about everything. Although the screenshots look nice, dont let them fool u. And IF they fool u, dont say i didnt warn u :)

Theres also an One on One BeatUp for the Neo Geo MVS out there, based on the Movie... urgs...
